The GeoSpace tools are an innovative collaborative set of tools aimed at reducing the skill gap between educational offer and professional demand in the Space downstream sector. They are targeted at education and training providers on one hand, and profesional actors on the other. Each tool accesses the GeoSpace Body of Knowledge through an API, made available by the GeoSpace BoK platform, using it as a shared vocabulary and exploiting its embedded expert content and insights to facilitate knowledge and skill alignment.

All tools are licenced under the copyleft Licence GNU GPLv3 and developed by GEOTEC.

Allows to graphically and textually visualise, explore and navigate the BoK. It supports permalinks, versioning and advanced searching.

Allows to create, edit and find educational offers using latest concepts from the GeoSpace Body of Knowledge.

Allows to browse, create and share occupational job profiles and connect them with BoK concepts (knowledge) and ESCO (skills).

Allows users to create job offers in the space downstream sector that can be based on an occupational profile or created from scratch.

Build a Smarter Portfolio. Allows to build and maintain a personal skill portfolio focused on (BoK) knowledge, skills and competences.

Allows to easily annotate (associate) any PDF document with the GeoSpace Body of Knowledge concepts. ….  ……  …. ………

Allows to compare GeoSpace BoK-annotated resources with respect to knowledge and skills and visually discover (dis)similarities.

The GeoSpace BoK platform bridges the knowledge contained in the GeoSpace Body of Knowledge with the software applications that use it. An API provides programmatic access to the concepts (and their URI), relationships and associated attributes.
