The rapidly evolving space downstream market demands a strategic approach to talent development. This SpaceSUITE dissemination event will address how “core” emerging occupational profiles have been identified and what training offer has been designed to meet them. The event will bring together leading speakers and professionals from the space downstream sector, R&D institutions, industry, and clusters to engage in dialogues about the most in-demand occupational profiles and their related skill sets. The sessions will cover the challenges and lessons learned in translating these profiles into effective training actions.
