Mobility as a Learning Tool in the Space Sector

This survey explores how stakeholders in the space downstream sector use European and international mobility to support workforce skills development. It aims to understand current practices, challenges, and opportunities related to mobility as a learning tool.

In particular, the survey investigates whether and how organizations fund mobility activities, what barriers they face in accessing financial support, and their level of awareness and use of European programmes such as Erasmus+.

The findings will contribute to identifying gaps and informing strategies to promote more effective, accessible, and inclusive mobility opportunities within the sector.
